Scale-UP Cardano’s Community Hubs

Out of the world's approximately 7.8 billion inhabitants, 6.45 billion do not speak English. So how do we build an ecosystem that is truly global, allowing everyone to participate to the best of their ability? This challenge invites proposals on how to drive adoption at the ground level through Local Community Hubs where people can take part in their own language and with their own cultural understanding.
