I haven’t received my tickets. What shall I do?
You should receive both a booking confirmation and individual tickets within 5 minutes of registering. If you haven’t received your tickets, please double-check the following:
- The email you have used to register.
- Your junk/spam email folder.
- If you have checked the above and still haven’t received the tickets, you can login and download your tickets from your account section.
- If you are still experiencing issues, please email [email protected] and a member of the team will check the situation and resend the tickets if required.
